You will drive revenue, optimize performance, and shape the future of our online presence through strategic merchandising, paid and organic marketing, and best-in-class Shopify management.

We are looking for someone who blends creativity with analytical rigor someone who can craft compelling digital experiences while making smart, data-backed decisions that accelerate growth.

What You Will DoDrive Organic Growth and Customer Engagement

  • Leverage SEO, blog content, organic social media, email marketing, and community-building initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and execute organic marketing strategies that complement paid performance efforts.

Lead Paid Performance and Advertising Strategy

  • Build and manage paid advertising budgets to support growth objectives.
  • Analyze paid performance data to optimize campaigns and achieve targeted ROI.

Own Website and Shopify Storefront Performance

  • Manage and merchandise all owned websites to deliver a seamless, high-converting customer experience.
  • Oversee Shopify storefront optimization including CRO, landing pages, product pages, and checkout flow.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, and ongoing site audits.

Execute High-Impact Marketing Campaigns

  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, reviews, post-purchase flows, and more.
  • Test and refine short-form content to drive engagement and sales.
  • Lead email and retention marketing through Klaviyo, including building and optimizing flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment).

Accelerate Growth Through Experimentation

  • Test and scale new bundles, audiences, offers, and creative concepts.
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities through data-driven experimentation.

Analyze, Report, and Optimize

  • Develop KPIs and track performance across all e-commerce initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data, conversion rates, customer behavior, and traffic trends to uncover insights.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor performance and guide decision-making.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to leadership.

Collaborate and Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives

  • Partner closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Own promotion planning and coordinate approvals with finance.
  • Manage 1-2 direct reports and foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.

What You BringSkills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in Shopify and related e-commerce tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, HubSpot, TripleWhale, SuperMetrics).
  • Proficiency in advanced marketing analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue goals through digital advertising and performance marketing.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of B2C digital advertising experience with a track record of converting impressions into sales (consumer electronics experience is a plus).
  • 3+ years of developing and executing third-party marketing strategies.
  • 3+ years of website merchandising experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of 1-2 direct reports.
