Digital Marketing Coordinator
Conte Wealth AdvisorsThe Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms. This role includes managing the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution and compliance with Cambridge regulations, as well as preparing performance reports and recommending optimizations. Additionally, the specialist oversees both digital and print versions of quarterly and holiday newsletters, coordinating content collection, layout, and distribution while ensuring adherence to branding and compliance standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Content & Digital Support
- Maintain and update firm and advisor websites, blogs, and microsites using WordPress or similar platforms.
- Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
- Write and launch drip email sequences and other lead generation materials to support marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Create engaging social media materials, including graphics, copy, and multimedia content, to support marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Attend community and client-facing events on-site to capture photos, videos, and other content that showcase our firm’s presence and engagement.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure all activities comply with Cambridge regulations.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee digital and print versions of quarterly and holiday newsletters, including content collection, layout, and distribution.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to branding guidelines and compliance standards.
Advisor Support & Collaboration
- Support affiliated advisors by executing marketing tasks related to their individual plans, such as drip campaigns, content updates, and social media scheduling.
- Assist with the use of branded templates, marketing tools, and available resources.
- Help onboard advisors into existing marketing systems by providing basic support and guidance.
- Maintain clear communication to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and respond to advisor support requests via the shared marketing inbox.
Qualifications

- Experience in marketing, communications, event planning, or related fields preferred.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress, social media management, and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality work with minimal errors.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and marketing platforms.
- Some travel and flexible hours may be required to cover events and community engagements

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, digital content management, and event planning preferred.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as WordPress, social media scheduling tools, and basic graphic design software is a plus.
- Previous experience in financial services or a regulated industry is advantageous but not required.
- Podcast and photography experience is a plus.

- Competitive salary based on experience
