We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Specialist with a focus on PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to join our innovative marketing team. Duties Junior Marketing Specialist (PPC / SEM / SEO)
- Paid Search (PPC, SEM)
- Assist with day-to-day management of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, build ad groups, write ad copy, and optimize bids
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data (ROAS, CPC, CPA, Quality Score, etc.)
- Help implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies
- Support conversion tracking setup and A/B testing initiatives
SEO Support
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking opportunities
- Collaborate with other websites, blogs and organizations for building external links
- Update meta tags, headings, and on-page SEO elements
- Work with content and design teams on landing pages that drive visibility and conversions
- Track organic performance through analytics and SEO tools (Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.)
Creative + Media Optimization
- Edit and optimize ad creative assets using Canva and Photoshop
- Resize images and adapt creatives for multiple ad formats and placements
- Ensure strong visual communication aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with design to improve CTR through creative testing and iterations
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in PPC/SEM or e-commerce
- Basic understanding of Google Ads & Analytics (certifications a plus)
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop for media editing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Strong written communication skills (ad copy experience is a plus)
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
