About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Associate Vice President, Digital Marketing Leadership to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across diverse channels and platforms. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the execution of tactics including email marketing, paid search, social media, SEO, and website optimization. A significant focus will be on mentoring a talented team and leading our HubSpot strategy encompassing automation, campaign management, and email marketing.

Your responsibilities will also include optimizing our website to enhance user experience, analyzing performance metrics, and offering valuable insights for ongoing improvement. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy, particularly those with a background in B2B, professional services, or nonprofit sectors.

This position demands a hands-on strategist with advanced HubSpot proficiency, experience with CMS (WordPress), GA4, and PowerBI. The ideal candidate will excel in digital channel planning and will be adept at delivering actionable recommendations based on performance data. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
