After years of success as a reseller, we are now focused on building and scaling our own branded product lines. We are investing heavily in strengthening our brand presentation, improving product listings, and building long-term brand equity across marketplaces. This role is central to that next phase of growth. Position Overview We are seeking a Brand & E-Commerce Growth Manager to take ownership of how our products are presented, positioned, and optimized across online marketplaces. You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in improving product listings, strengthening brand consistency, and increasing conversion performance. Our primary marketplace is Amazon, with listings extended to Walmart, eBay, and our own websites. Your work will directly impact how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase our products. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful and grow into a leadership role as the brand expands. Key Responsibilities Improve and optimize product listings to increase conversion and sales Lead development of A+ Content and Brand Store presentation Refine product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for clarity and impact Conduct competitor research and identify positioning opportunities Ensure consistent brand messaging across 30-50 SKUs Direct and collaborate with external designers, photographers, and freelancers Establish internal brand guidelines and creative standards Align packaging, imagery, and messaging Partner with PPC efforts to ensure listings support advertising performance What We're Looking For Experience working with Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces Strong understanding of product positioning and persuasive content Ability to evaluate and improve visual presentation Experience optimizing or managing product listings Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing creative projects and external vendors Leadership mindset with long-term growth interest Ability to work in person at our Roseville office Preferred (but not required): Experience with A+ Content or marketplace brand stores Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Experience improving listing performance metrics What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days: Clear brand positioning direction established Core product listings improved and standardized Measurable improvement in listing performance Stronger visual and messaging consistency across SKUs Compensation & Growth $65,000 - $85,000 per year (DOE) Full-time, in-person role Opportunity to grow into a brand leadership position Why Join Us?
