Position Summary
The Senior Director of Marketing, Chief of Staffplays a critical role in supporting the CMO’s vision for the BBU marketing organization.This individual, in coordination with senior cross-functional leaders, will develop a long-term strategic planning process and implement key initiatives related to annual and long-term planning, marketing capabilities and portfolio activities as well as budget oversight for the entire marketing organization. Incumbent will ensure thetimelyandaccuratecompletion of multiple projects/strategic initiatives occurring simultaneously. Strengths in brand strategy and execution, creative problem-solving and strategic collaboration are key as is the ability toleveragefiscal resources, personneltalentsand technology to implement solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a framework & cadence for multi-year brand plan strategies.
- Support the marketing organization in the roll-out of a strategic planning framework
- Work with the global marketing team to build marketing capabilities within our team.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize datatogenerate insights for the development of portfolio strategy.
- Lead the development of strategic and creative presentations for senior leadership audiences in support of the CMO.
- Manage agency partner relationships.
- Lead work streams and collaborate with creative agencies, co-pack team,manufacturingand finance. Deliverables include business models, financial analysis, internalsynthesis& communicationdocuments, etc.
- Proactively scan the marketplace and industry for areas of competitive improvementsuch asinnovation trends, and marketing.

Education and Work History
- Bachelor’s Degreerequired. MBA Preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in relatedfield(CPG Marketing, Brand Management, Innovation, Management Consulting).
