Our MedTech client is advancing a digital transformation across their market leading Trauma portfolio. As Associate Marketing Manager, Digital Products, you will play a hands-on role in shaping how innovative technologies and digital capabilities extend the value of our orthopaedic solutions.

This role is designed for a recent undergraduate ready to launch their career in marketing and product management within a global MedTech leader. You'll start with a focus on portfolio marketing activities while gaining exposure to digital product management practices as we evolve our operating model.

This is a high visibility, developmental role - ideal for someone eager to learn, driven to deliver impactful work, and ready to leverage Generative AI to enhance productivity and help guide our organization in adopting this disruptive technology. Key Responsibilities

Marketing (~70%)

• Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to develop marketing materials including brochures, FAQs, sales tools, and presentations
• Support early launch phase activities (LEX) - contributing to messaging, positioning, and launch readiness
• Partner on market research initiatives and synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Assist in maintaining portfolio strategy documents and value proposition frameworks
• Contribute to professional education content and conference materials

Digital Product Management (~30%)

• Participate in customer discovery sessions with surgeons, OR staff, and clinical partners to understand workflow needs and pain points
• Support the definition of problem statements and preliminary outcome hypotheses for digital capabilities
• Help track early adoption and usage data; prepare findings for product team review
• Contribute to backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, and iteration planning

Generative AI Enablement

• Act as a "GenAI champion" - applying AI tools to accelerate personal productivity and deliverables (e.g., content drafting, data synthesis, presentation creation)
• Support organizational upskilling by sharing best practices, coaching team members, and developing reference materials for AI tool usage
• Explore emerging AI applications relevant to marketing and product management - and recommend opportunities to integrate them into workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field - Marketing, Business, Data Science, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or related disciplines welcome
• Internship or co-op experience preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated comfort learning new domains and tools quickly
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• High intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership in ambiguous situations
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) and ability to apply them to professional contexts
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to work across diverse, global teams
• Interest in healthcare, medical devices, and/or technology
