About the Role
We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies, supporting brand campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with clients, team members, and leadership to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support brand awareness and business growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves creativity, data-driven thinking, and seeing real results from their work.
Responsibilities
- Develop, contribute to, and support marketing campaigns across in-person channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
- Create engaging marketing materials, content, and promotional assets
- Support brand representation at events, product launches, and client-focused activities
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimisation strategies
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align messaging and improve customer engagement
- Assist in managing social media activity and brand presence
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent brand messaging
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and solutions
- Comfortable analysing data and reporting on performance
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and eager to grow within a dynamic marketing team
