**Summary**
The E-commerce Coordinator supports customer satisfaction and order fulfillment across Breathe Outdoors’s ecommerce channels. The role is part of the ecommerce group within Breathe Outdoors and reports directly to the E-commerce Manager. Stakeholders for the role include Store Operations, Shipping & Receiving, Product Management, and Marketing. The E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for web order fulfillment at the Edmonton West store and offers support for e-commerce channels including the e-commerce platform, data/photo gathering, and third-party marketplaces, contributing to increased revenue and profit. In addition, the role includes participating in digital technology projects and is part of the Quality Assurance testing team for various systems including the e-commerce platform.
- *Job Duties**
- Complete the web order fulfillment process, including picking orders and processing them in the system.
- Communicating with other stores to solve fulfilment issues
- Notifying customers about order modifications/cancelations
- Assist with order modifications and refunds
- Assisting with Amazon seller central (order fulfillment, and shipping plans) when needed.
- Offer support to warehouse team with web order ship outs or Amazon when needed.
- Assisting with inventory counts and reconciliation
- Audit online product information for accuracy
- Assist with gathering and preparation of data and photos for online listings
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues across multiple channels when needed
- Demonstrate product knowledge expertise across multiple brands and product lines
- QA testing of software and ecommerce channels
- Complete ecommerce projects and tasks as assigned by manager
- *Requirements**:
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Experience with order fulfillment
- An earnest interest in ecommerce and the future of retail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with retail Point of Sale Systems (including inventory operations)
- Experience using web, social media tools and communication systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Thorough attention to detail, with the ability to follow through on tasks and manage
- multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
