This position will work closely with The Governale Group to ensure all elements of content are on-brand and support our mission statement of “Creating exceptional lifestyle experiences…” for our Members. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in the overall success of Bluejack National.

POSITION SUMMARY
As the Marketing Manager at Bluejack National, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and sharing our brand story while driving impactful engagement across multiple digital platforms. This position requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with Directors and the General Manager to align communications with organizational goals. You will also oversee a part-time Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and direction to ensure excellence in execution. More specifically, you’ll get to:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Lead the development, management, and execution of comprehensive content and marketing strategies that elevate Bluejack National’s brand, support club initiatives, and enhance the member experience.
- Present marketing strategies, campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to Directors, the General Manager & Club President, and other internal teams to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure all marketing initiatives reflect Bluejack National’s culture, values, and service expectations.
Digital Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality digital content for websites, blogs, social media, videos, podcasts, email campaigns, e-books, and additional digital platforms.
- Create or direct compelling content that inspires, informs, and strengthens engagement while supporting sales and member experience initiatives.
- Oversee and maintain the club’s app and website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency.
- Manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and content management systems (CMS) to ensure timely, streamlined delivery across all channels.
- Capture and curate high-quality photography that reflects the Bluejack brand.
- Use CMS tools and basic HTML skills to upload, update, and optimize digital content for performance and SEO.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Oversee and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance on brand voice, project priorities, content development, and professional growth.
- Partner with department leaders to support programs, activities, and services, ensuring cohesive communication and consistent promotion across platforms.
- Serve as a senior brand ambassador, representing Bluejack in internal collaborations and member-facing communications.
Brand & Member Experience
- Uphold the highest standards of member and guest service, consistently reflecting the values and culture of the Bluejack brand.
- Stay informed about all club offerings to promote programs effectively through digital and on-site channels.
- Resolve member challenges with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Support and reinforce Bluejack’s Club Customs, Culture, and Branding Guidelines in all communications and projects.
Perform additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned by leadership to support marketing operations and organizational goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build effective working relationships across departments, leadership levels, and with members/guests.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, reflecting clarity, professionalism, and strategic insight.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience producing or overseeing high-quality marketing materials and professional correspondence.
- Ability to consistently represent the Bluejack brand with professionalism in demeanor, communication, and appearance.
- Strong time management, organization, and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, luxury services, or a similar member-centric environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign and Photoshop is preferred.
- Experience with PowerPoint and Northstar is also valuable, as these platforms are used frequently.
APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS
Full Time position. Will require weekdays, weekends, and Holidays as business dictates.

Soliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets to events and other forms of non-financial compensation. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
