Field Marketing Manager

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead field marketing efforts within their assigned territory. This role is ideal for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, enjoys building and motivating teams, and is passionate about creating memorable brand experiences that drive growth for a rapidly expanding home improvement company.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field marketing team within your territory
• Plan, manage, and execute strategic field marketing initiatives to generate high-quality sales leads
• Oversee the event calendar, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post-event performance analysis
• Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts’ exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements
• Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently showcasing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Skybrook Kitchen products and services
• Engage with prospective customers through professional, consultative conversations
• Support sales growth by following up on leads and scheduling qualified sales appointments
• Assist with additional marketing initiatives, including outbound calls and lead nurturing
• Track, analyze, and report event performance to optimize future marketing strategies
• Support new market launches and assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed

Requirements

• Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging with diverse audiences
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally with branded marketing materials
