We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager – Campaign Execution to step into our client’s dynamic, high-volume environment and help deliver traffic-driving national marketing programs across Canada. In this contract opportunity, you will support major consumer-facing campaigns—such as gamification, visit-based promotions, POP/signage, TV sponsorships, and consumer-facing initiatives—while collaborating closely with a creative, supportive cross-border team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys coordinating and executing marketing programs, and can confidently work with agencies, internal partners, and designers to bring campaigns to life.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Execution (Majority of the role)

  • Manage the execution of national gamification programs, visit-based campaigns, and traffic-driving promotions
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, game development partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver assets, approvals, proofreading, and versioning on time
  • Support POP execution: working with designers, reviewing templates, ensuring brand alignment, and Quebec-specific accuracy
  • Coordinate media assets and deliverables with external media and creative partners
  • Maintain timelines, track budgets, and ensure campaigns launch on schedule
  • Support retail business units (especially Quebec), ensuring language accuracy and regional alignment

Project Coordination & Communication

  • Join recurring project calls with agencies and internal teams
  • Consolidate feedback, share updates, and keep everyone aligned
  • Work cross-functionally with provincial marketing teams, operations, and brand partners
  • Prepare presentations and decks to communicate campaign details

What Success Looks Like (30/60/90 Days)

30 Days – You’re oriented, learning the business, meeting the team, and asking great questions.

60 Days – You’re confidently managing several projects, coordinating with agencies, and supporting regional needs.

90 Days – You’re independently executing campaigns, building strong relationships, and consistently delivering on time and on budget.

There is also an opportunity to support additional areas—like social media or special projects—based on your interest and business needs. With multiple team members on leave, there is a significant opportunity for exposure, ownership, and potential extension.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Native French speaker (Québécois) with excellent written and spoken French
  • Strong English (day-to-day communication is 80–90% English)
  • 3–6 years experience in marketing, brand execution, or consumer-facing campaign management
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organization, communication, and deadline management skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Ability to work with creative and media agencies
  • Collaborative, eager-to-learn attitude

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with gamification campaigns, events, brand activations, or consumer promotions
  • Experience in CPG, retail, convenience, or high-volume consumer environments
  • Ability to support creative reviews (design background or eye for visuals)
  • Experience with project management tools (Monday, Trello, Asana, etc.)

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Join a friendly, collaborative team spread across Canada and the U.S.
  • Work on fun, high-impact national campaigns seen by millions
  • Gain exposure to a wide variety of marketing disciplines
  • Hybrid work flexibility (3 days in office; contractors eligible for hybrid)
  • Supportive leadership that values learning, curiosity, and growth

If you’re organized, collaborative, and excited by fast-paced marketing execution, we’d love to hear from you.
