Job Summary

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to shape marketing strategy for one of the most critical growth areas in cloud computing. You will be responsible for executing sophisticated marketing campaigns that drive enterprise customer adoption of cloud migration and modernization solutions. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will coordinate complex, multi-channel campaigns across integrated tracks while managing relationships with diverse stakeholders. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can build effective processes from the ground up, and excels at making strategic decisions with incomplete information. You will balance the demands of maintaining campaign momentum with the need to establish scalable frameworks, all while navigating evolving organizational dynamics. Success in this position means staying laser-focused on driving customer adoption while remaining adaptable in your approach to achieving those goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing campaign tactics across multiple integrated tracks
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with content teams, digital marketing teams, and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and activations while maintaining quality standards
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop comprehensive performance reporting
  • Design and execute testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Create marketing collateral and sales enablement tools for direct sales teams and events
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns including email, web placements, and partner websites
  • Develop marketing content in collaboration with designers and content specialists
  • Compile, analyze, and present campaign performance data to identify enhancement opportunities
  • Work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize campaign work
  • Manage relationships with product marketing, field marketing, and partner teams
  • Contribute to campaign documentation, governance frameworks, and best practices
  • Participate actively in cross-functional planning sessions and strategic discussions
  • Make tactical trade-offs to balance quality, timelines, and resource constraints
  • Provide sales teams with relevant collateral, tools, and campaign support materials
