Key Responsibilities

Receive and stow products safely and efficiently
Pick and pack customer orders according to quality standards
Load and unload trucks, ensuring timely processing of inventory
Operate material handling equipment (after training) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Required Skills

Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines and procedures
Capacity to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation
Basic computer navigation skills (for training and clock-in/out)
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment (not required, but a plus)
