We are looking for a motivated ad creator to join our growing team. If you're fast, creative, tech-savvy with AI tools, and hungry to improve — we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

Creating compelling marketplace and online ads (Facebook, Craigslist, etc.) quickly and effectively

Joining a brief daily phone check-in every morning between 9–10 AM

Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to maximize output quality and speed

Working 4–6 hours per day on a flexible schedule

Continuously improving your ads based on performance data and feedback

Staying current with platform changes and advertising best practices

What We're Looking For

Experience creating ads for marketplaces, social media, or classifieds

Ability to create a polished, complete marketplace ad in 15 minutes or less

Comfortable using AI tools to enhance your work

Receptive to feedback and coaching — we actively invest in your growth

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about what you do

Adaptable to changing trends, platforms, and strategies

Reliable and committed to daily communication
