Full-Time Warehouse Picker & Packer – 247 Fulfillment (Delta, BC)

We are expanding fast and looking for a serious, reliable full-time warehouse employee who wants long-term stability, not temp work.

Responsibilities

• Pick & pack eCommerce orders accurately
• Prepare shipments using scanners & shipping software
• Organize inventory and restock shelves
• Assist with inbound receiving & FBA prep
• Keep warehouse clean and efficient
• Support special projects during high-volume days

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, consistent
• Able to lift 20–40 lbs
• Basic English communication
• Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a bonus
• Forklift experience is an asset (training available)
• Must be motivated and ready to work full time

Pay Structure Starting

• $20/hr for the first 90 days (probation period)

After 90 Days

• $21/hr – consistent attendance + solid performance
• $22/hr – strong accuracy, speed, responsibility
• $23/hr – forklift certified or leadership potential
