What You’ll be Doing
- Work with web agency to identify opportunities to reuse common components and reduce over-customization- Analyze consumer activity data to identify future enhancements for digital properties- Build proposals to enhance digital properties based on data and improving the customer experience- Work within digital channel release schedule across multiple user groups including interfacing between the web agency and our IS team- Support the properties team to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time, with quality and within budget and scope.- Actively participate in daily SCRUM meetings.- Act as a point of contact for technical/functional issues and liaison to agency development team.- Act as a point of contact and escalation for internal staff for high priority requests.- Initiates and implements appropriate 'kaizen' (continuous improvement) efforts which result in work efficiencies relating to cost reduction or avoidance, improved time and process efficiencies- Locks in and measures incremental success through the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Other duties as requested or required
What You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years of related digital marketing content experience- Knowledge and understanding of current and emerging digital / social media platforms- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Strong project leadership skills with demonstrated experience- Strong organizational, leadership, negotiating, interpersonal and presentation skills- Ability to work across the organization to build alignment and consensus on key initiatives- Detail oriented and able to multitask efficiently- Self-motivator with ability to start and complete projects with limited to no supervision- Customer first orientation- Proven ability to initiate & improve work processes to increase efficiencies- Ability to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends
Technical Skills (nice-to-have)
- Languages: JavaScript, HTML, HTML 5, XHTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, CSS 3, SQL,- Frameworks: Angular 1.4, Angular 2, JQuery, Object Oriented Javascript, LESS Preprocessor (advantage), system JS or Require JS, Responsive Web Design Frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation etc.- AEM/UI Components: AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) 6.0; Google AnalyticsWhat You Should Know:
