AI Transformation Analyst

Position Overview

As the AI Transformation Analyst at Thomson Reuters, you will drive the growth, measurement, and success of AI initiatives within the Customer Experience and Digital Transformation teams. Your role combines benefits analysis, establishing governance frameworks, and the development of communication strategies to support innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the process to measure the benefits of AI implementations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Define best practices for evaluating potential AI vendors and solutions through comparative analyses.
• Assist in developing business cases and ROI projections for proposed AI initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to support AI-driven decision-making and strategy development.
• Implement and manage a new AI idea capture process ensuring effective governance.
• Develop communication strategies to effectively articulate our AI story, strategy, and successes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovative AI integration.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations highlighting key metrics, success stories, and improvement opportunities.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and build support for AI initiatives.
• Manage multiple work streams to ensure timely delivery and strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in AI transformation, data analysis, technology consulting, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in AI tools such as machine learning, NLP, and data visualization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking and a proven ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for AI along with high attention to detail, adaptability, and self-motivation.
