Ray Homes Marketing Assistant

We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to manage agent marketing projects from start to finish. This role works closely with agents, leadership, and creative partners to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are executed efficiently, on-brand, and with measurable impact.
What you'll do
- Plan, create, and publish weekly social content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn—including graphics, reels, stories, captions, and listing features—aligned with Ray Homes’ brand and marketing strategy.
- Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and coordinating with agents to highlight listings, team updates, market insights, and community-focused content.
- Prepare all listing marketing materials, including print-ready flyers, brochures, open house materials, feature cards, signage content, and property packets to ensure a polished and consistent presentation.
- Create digital assets for new listings, such as coming soon graphics, just listed promotions, highlight videos/reels, and branded social content.
- Coordinate listing launch marketing, ensuring photography, videography, staging details, and property information are integrated into marketing materials ahead of the go-live date.
- Track and organize all active and upcoming listings, maintaining timelines, marketing status, and key deadlines, and communicating updates clearly to the team.
- Monitor and report on content performance, pulling insights from social platforms and listing campaigns to help refine strategy.
- Plan quarterly in-person client events, using existing frameworks for past events while adding structure and creativity to new ideas.
- Plan quarterly team-building events, supporting a strong, connected team culture.
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of marketing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of marketing strategy across multiple channels
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Able to work independently while collaborating with the team
- High attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with interest in marketing tools and systems
- Real estate experience is a plus
Compensation & Details
- Salary range: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience
- Position type: Full-time, 1099 contractor
- Location: In-office (with flexibility)
