Digital Communications Specialist

MAPEI Corporation is a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials, and they are currently seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator to join their Marketing team. This role supports the company’s digital marketing and communications initiatives by creating, distributing, and managing engaging content across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across MAPEI’s social media, email, and website platforms.
• Collaborate with the Digital Communications Manager and internal departments to align content with marketing objectives and brand standards.
• Assist in executing digital campaigns that increase audience engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics and engagement analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Help maintain MAPEI’s website and intranet content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.
• Support digital asset management by organizing and tagging multimedia content (images, videos, documents).
• Coordinate with external vendors and creative partners as needed for digital marketing initiatives.
• Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or content coordination.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
• Experience using analytics tools to measure and report on digital performance.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
