Director of Learning and Development

New, fast-growing hospitality company voted one of the TOP workplaces in the area is seeking an experienced Director of Training and Development to join their team. YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE HOSPITALITY / GAMING INDUSTRY.

The ideal candidate for this role can offer 5+ years of leadership experience within the luxury hospitality sector. You should have strong communication skills, proven leadership ability and the passion to foster a proactive, positive culture of workplace engagement.

This is a newly created role that would be suited to someone who is entrepreneurial (self-starter). You will help to define and elevate the service culture and develop talent to support team growth.

This position will report to the GM and VP with a dotted line to HR.
