Schedule: Calendar Year: 40 hours per week

Summary Description

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will help lead our efforts to communicate the joy we experience daily at Fellowship through our online marketing efforts. From managing our social media sites to creating engaging online content, analyzing digital marketing trends, and blogging, you'll be at the forefront of our digital strategy.

Essential Functions

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Uncover and create compelling social media stories that resonate with our school community and align with our overall brand, vision and voice for our Academic and Athletic accounts.
  • Create visually stunning online content that captures the essence of our school and the people that make it truly special
  • Analyze digital marketing data and trends to create and optimize our online campaigns
  • Manage social media campaigns to keep our community informed and engaged while driving Admissions goals
  • Create content and blog posts for retention marketing, development and admissions to highlight our school’s value
  • Ad Management, A/B Testing

Website

  • Webmaster (includes creation and management of all forms and content on website)
  • Mobile App Management
  • Optimize SEO
  • Implement and Maintain Accessibility Compliance
  • Reporting on website and social analytics to track our online performance and make data-driven decisions

  • Experience with website and analytics tools, including Final Site and GA4

Additional Responsibilities

  • Shall have received Jesus Christ as Savior and shall be a member in good standing of a worshiping body of believers
  • Maintain an active pursuit of consistent personal and spiritual growth
  • Sign the Fellowship Christian School Statement of Faith
  • Acknowledge and understand Fellowship Christian School’s Mission Statement
  • Wear proper attire, consistent with school’s dress code at all times and maintain a positive attitude and appearance in accordance with school standards
  • Report inappropriate behavior to School Administration to maintain a safe learning environment
  • Make a constructive effort to protect all students from conduct detriment to learning, health or safety
  • Abide by and comply with all school policies, regulations, and employee Code of Conduct
  • Other duties as requested or assigned per the Director of Marketing and Communications, Chief Advancement Officer, and Head of School

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred
  • High Proficiency in digital software
  • Additional creative software knowledge is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills for multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities as situations arise in fast fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand written and oral instruction
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to successfully interact with diverse staff, faculty, students, and other constituents of the school
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform tasks under pressure
  • Ability to anticipate and to plan both short and long-term
  • Must possess strong customer service skills and be highly detailed-oriented
  • Positive appearance, attitude, and presentation with a strict sense of confidentiality
  • Must have the ability to work in a school environment by successfully passing the school-mandated background check and Ministry Safe training
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license
  • Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is required and a condition of employment

Physical Qualifications

  • Standing/sitting/walking for periods of time
  • Bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), pushing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, stooping
  • Must hear with accuracy to exchange information in person or on the telephone
  • Use of hands and fingers for manipulation and using computer keyboard
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception
  • Must use hands and arms to reach for, grasp, and repetitive motions

Working Environment

  • The work usually takes place in a clean, pleasant and comfortable office setting
  • The environment may be noisy and crowded at times when employee attends school functions
  • The employee is faced with constant interruptions
  • The employee may spend long hours in intense concentration
  • The environment may be stressful and hectic at times
