Role Overview
Data Analyst Specialist
You will drive operational excellence and enable business transformation by leveraging advanced data analysis, process mining, and automation technologies such as RPA and AI. The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, delivering actionable insights, and implementing solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and scalability. By combining analytical expertise with innovative tools, you will support informed decision‑making and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Build and maintain automated workflows with MS Power Automate.
- Manage simple SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
- Manage projects, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process changes.
- Apply problem‑solving skills to optimize operations and reduce inefficiencies.
- Communicate insights clearly to influence decisions and strategies.
- Support implementation of process‑improvement methodologies.
- Explore and apply emerging AI capabilities to enhance process intelligence.

Essentials
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field and 3–5 years of experience.
- Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector.
- Demonstrate intermediate experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Have basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and validation.
- Knowledge of RPA workflows using MS Power Automate.
- Apply intermediate project‑management skills to deliver initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Exhibit strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Understand process‑improvement methodologies.
- Italian native level and English C1 level.
Extras
- Certification in process‑improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with advanced data visualization tools beyond Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, VBA) for automation.
- Previous experience in transformation projects within large organizations.
