[Remote] Digital Design Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 9Rooftops is a creative agency seeking a Digital Design Intern to join their hybrid team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves contributing to large scale advertising campaigns across various digital platforms while ensuring exceptional user experience and meeting client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions that meet or exceed client requirements and expectation
• Think inside and outside the box to create world-class digital services across multiple digital platforms.
• Produce motion graphic animations to be used in areas such as social and website properties.
• Edit short form video content / reels.
• Understand and follow ADA compliance guidelines.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that design specifications and all deadlines are being met.
• Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and brand strategists and software developers.
• Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully solve problems whenever challenges or concerns arise.
• Attention to detail.

Skills

• Junior or Senior undergraduate pursuing a degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising or related field at an accredited educational institution; college, or university.
• Video editing skills are required.
• Adaptability in fast-paced and pressured environments while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail and ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma required.
• Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required.
• Contributes to a positive work environment through dedication, responsiveness, and accountability.
• HTML, CSS, Web CMS skills are a plus.
