We are seeking a results-oriented Paid Social Manager to lead, innovate, and optimize paid advertising programs across the Paid Social ecosystem. This role will manage large-scale campaigns, analyze performance, and work cross-functionally to meet ambitious marketing goals.

• Manage end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising across Paid Social platforms to achieve user acquisition and lead generation targets.
• Oversee management of external digital marketing agencies, including performance evaluation, goal alignment, and process improvement.
• Partner with creative, analytics, and product teams to build and execute best-in-class creative and landing page strategies.
