Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce platform, is seeking a highly analytical and creative Senior E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their fully remote team. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a dynamic online business from the ground up. You will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative strategies across social media and other digital channels.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to significantly increase customer acquisition and lifetime value. Spearhead social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising, optimizing for maximum ROI. Conduct A/B testing on website elements, marketing messages, and user flows to identify and implement conversion rate optimizations (CRO). Analyze key e-commerce metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Explore and implement new acquisition channels and growth hacking techniques. Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives. Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce and social media marketing. Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications: Proven track record of success in e-commerce growth marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media channels. Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and A/B testing methodologies. Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic actions. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A proactive, experimental mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation. This is a fully remote position based in Des Moines, Iowa, US , allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.
