Job Duties and Responsibilities of Business Transformation Office Intern:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support project documentation, status updates, milestone tracking, and risk management efforts.
• Contribute to business adoption activities, helping teams stabilize and adjust post-launch.
• Assist with performance analysis, issue resolution, and the implementation of lessons learned.
• Collaborate on reporting activities and governance processes to ensure continued project success.
• Help refine and implement project management tools and templates to standardize processes across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience of Business Transformation Office Intern:

• Graduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027.
• Field of study: Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated interest in business transformation, program management, or organizational development.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
