We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Event Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and management of engaging marketing events that elevate brand visibility and foster meaningful connections with our target audiences. Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of marketing events including trade shows, product launches, webinars, and community outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, and creative departments to ensure event success and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Develop comprehensive event budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure seamless execution from inception to completion.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to measure event performance and optimize future campaigns.
- Create compelling content for event promotion including copywriting for ads, landing pages built on WordPress or HTML-based websites, and engaging social media posts.
- Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform event strategies and improve engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships for venue booking, print advertising materials, audiovisual equipment, and other logistical needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing events or similar project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with advertising sales strategies across multiple platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools like Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
- Solid understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
- Technical skills including WordPress website management, basic HTML coding, and familiarity with research methodologies.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders seamlessly.
