Field Marketing Executive

The Field Marketing Executive is essential in driving lead generation and supporting the local sales team through community outreach, grassroots marketing, and event planning. This role focuses on building relationships and implementing strategies that promote sales growth, enhance branding, and increase community presence, all contributing to our market expansion objectives.
Working closely with agents and their leaders, you will create plans that drive new enrollments, improve retention for existing members, and forge meaningful connections with local organizations and influencers. This position allows for significant influence on departmental strategy and requires decision-making on complex project components.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison Role: Serve as the liaison between sales, markets, and community partners for effective coordination and execution.
- Team Culture: Cultivate a collaborative team environment focused on mission-driven growth and accountability.
- Outreach Strategies: Design and implement local outreach initiatives, including events and partnerships, to generate quality leads.
- Lead Cultivation: Identify and nurture high-potential lead sources, including those transitioning into Medicare (T65 opportunities).
- Performance Monitoring: Assess and report on the success of grassroots marketing, community outreach, and events.
- Community Engagement: Develop and sustain strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and other key stakeholders.
- Event Execution: Oversee planning and execution of community events to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
- Reporting: Regularly prepare and present reports on outreach efforts, performance, and results.

Qualifications
- Location: Must reside in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA or surrounding areas.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the community as this role requires fieldwork.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in community outreach, grassroots marketing, or similar positions.
- Proficient in MS Office products and various CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Broad understanding of diverse field settings aligned with our prospect base, such as Veterans and multicultural communities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- Life and Health Insurance License.
- Bilingual.
- Knowledge of the Medicare Advantage market, including products, regulations, and compliance standards.

This position also requires occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $64,100 - $86,600 per year, plus eligibility for a commission incentive plan based on performance.
