Position: Digital Court Reporter - Contractor

We are seeking experienced digital court reporters. Successful completion of a training program or relevant reporting experience is required.

Work involves local and travel jobs in Oakland, San Francisco, and surrounding areas, with remote work options available. We offer flexible scheduling and transcription opportunities for qualified candidates.

General Requirements: Completion of training or relevant reporting experience

Own reporting equipment before onboarding

Legally eligible to work in the US

Knowledge of legal proceedings preferred

High professionalism

Ability to meet deadlines

Basic computer skills (upload/download files)

High-speed internet connection

Reliable transportation

U.S. bank account for payments

Compensation & Onboarding: Independent contractor position with pay per project, including daily appearance fees, travel reimbursement, sales commissions, and weekly direct deposit payments. Onboarding involves paperwork, computer setup, and training on our systems.

Priority given to reporters maintaining high-quality standards.
