POSITION SUMMARY

As a Collaboration Specialist for Digital Workplace, you will be a pivotal expert in enhancing our collaboration services, particularly through AI platforms aimed at driving productivity. You will work alongside technology partners, vendors, product managers, and legal teams to ensure our services align with company policies. This role connects technology with real business outcomes, allowing our employees to harness AI for greater efficiency and creativity.

You will be responsible for overseeing the operational, engineering, and security enablement of AI services across the organization, ensuring a secure and user-friendly experience while optimizing our AI-powered tools.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and continuously improve digital workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage the daily operations of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user provisioning and license management.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to document and refine Copilot use cases across departments.
• Maintain Copilot Studio agents and develop resources to enhance user productivity.
• Provide expert guidance on Copilot capabilities and manage a Center of Excellence for user support.
• Work with engineering teams to optimize Copilot performance and enhance security through effective data protection policies.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulations.
• Facilitate training sessions and develop best practice documentation for responsible AI use.
• Assist in addressing critical incidents and lead troubleshooting efforts, ensuring swift resolutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations or enterprise productivity platforms.
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering.
• Solid experience with data protection and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for organizing information efficiently.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable to changing technologies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field; relevant experience is also acceptable.
• Experience as a Digital Workplace Collaboration Specialist with a focus on emerging technologies in large organizations.
• Proficiency in managing digital workplace tools and implementing process improvements.
