Job Purpose

The Marketing Research Analyst role will involve providing valuable insights to support management and division leadership in their decision-making processes related to product designs and pricing by utilizing market trends and analytical data to enhance business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Possess the ability to independently analyze qualitative data, identify trends, assess strategies, and evaluate competition, with the goal of enhancing competitiveness.
• Gather and interpret market research data, generating reports, and preparing findings for management.
• Collect data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
• Understand business objectives and analytical methods to discover prospective customers' preferences.
• Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods.
• Work independently, demonstrate initiative-taking abilities, possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Have experience with data visual software (i.e., Power BI).
• Perform valid and reliable market research analysis.
• Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations.
• Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases.
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation.
• Remain fully informed on market trends, and execute continual market research and implement best practices.
