Role Description

The FDGJ role is a full-time, on-site position headquartered in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include daily collaboration with internal teams or clients, overseeing assigned projects, and analyzing workflows to identify areas for improvement. The candidate will develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize processes, ensure productivity, and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management and strategy development to oversee and implement initiatives effectively.
  • Knowledge of regional labor laws and hiring practices, and experience working across multiple industries.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and a detail-oriented approach to ensure precision in planning and execution.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
