**EarlyON Digital Media and Communications Lead**

EarlyON Child and Family Centres support all children, parents and caring adults in learning, growing and connecting - together. This aligns with Ontario’s renewed vision for the early years and child care, where all children and families have access to a range of high-quality, inclusive and affordable early years and child care programs and services that are centered around children and families, and contribute to children’s learning, development and well-being.

The YMCA of Three Rivers is one of the community’s largest non-profit organizations. We are dedicated to the enrichment of our communities through the development of people and families. Through our work, we foster belonging and wellbeing, and dedicate ourselves to building a healthy and vibrant community every day and as the Lead Agency for EarlyON | Waterloo Region, we know that EarlyON Child and Family Centres are an important piece of this work. That’s where you come in.

• *What you will do**

You will take creative lead on all mainstream social media channels for EarlyON | Waterloo Region. You will monitor and identify success metrics and develop tools and strategies for brand-building. Your work will provide an engaging and consistent EarlyON presence that includes our website, social media, and program promotions. Your work will ensure that we fulfill the EarlyON Visual Identity Guidelines identified by the Ministry of Education and that we continue to engage participants and community partners in innovative ways.

• *What you will bring**

Ideally, you have 2-5 years of experience in website, promotions, communications and marketing for social service related organizations and are ready to take on a new challenge at this point in your career.

You have a commitment to working in socially inclusive environments, responding with sensitivity and personal awareness to diverse needs. You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with a focus on building strong relationships and partnerships.
