As a Part-Time Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Customer Service & E-Commerce programs. You will lead initiatives for a seamless checkout experience and oversee grocery delivery and pickup in your store. Regardless of your duties, you will focus on ensuring safety, quality of online orders, and a fantastic pickup experience while driving team productivity and program execution.
In this vital position, you will
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and motivate all Team Members to do the same.
- Establish expectations for excellent in-store service while efficiently fulfilling online orders.
- Monitor customer flow, directing tasks effectively to meet the needs of all customers.
- Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to keep our service top-notch.
- Address customer questions and concerns swiftly and effectively.
- Cultivate positive partnerships with departmental leaders and store management, as well as delivery partners.
- Encourage a supportive and respectful team environment that fosters motivation and morale.
- Ensure safety and security are upheld throughout the workplace.
- Adhere to all health regulations and standards.
- Develop, coach, and inspire Team Members to maintain a high-performing team and promote retention.
- Keep workspaces clean and organized, including staging areas and coolers.
- Safeguard the security of tools and equipment.
- Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements.
- Promote and embody Whole Foods Market's core values and leadership principles in all operations.
Essential Skills

Qualifications
- At least 12 months experience in a retail environment.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
- Perform tasks requiring bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Work may involve exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
- Comfortable working in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Capable of handling wet and cold environments.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
The wage range for this position is $17.50-$30.20 per hour, depending on experience. Whole Foods Market offers a variety of benefits that may include health insurance, retirement plans, store discounts, paid time off, and more.
