In this role as a Customer Service and E-Commerce Supervisor, you will be instrumental in leading initiatives related to the checkout experience and managing grocery delivery and pickup processes. Your focus will be on maintaining safety standards, ensuring quality in online orders, and enhancing the overall customer pickup experience. You will monitor key performance indicators and assess team performance to promote excellence in all areas. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, optimizing labor utilization, and improving task execution for both E-Commerce and Customer Service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while holding team members accountable for service quality.
- Set clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and online order fulfillment.
- Oversee customer flow in-store and online, assigning tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Build productive relationships with department leaders and external partners, such as delivery drivers.
- Foster a positive team environment focused on teamwork and morale.
- Uphold safety and security standards for all team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and store policies.
- Develop and motivate team members to create a high-performing work culture.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces.
- Safeguard equipment and inventory security.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months of retail experience is required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand or walk for 6-8 hours daily.
- Perform tasks involving bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Be prepared to work with cleaning chemicals approved by the FDA.
- Be ready for temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Work in wet and cold environments as necessary.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
- Experience using tools and equipment, such as box cutters and pallet jacks, is required.
The wage range for this position is $18.00-$30.20 per hour, based on experience.
