Our client is looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to drive significant organic growth for their e-commerce platform. This role is crucial in enhancing website visibility, improving search engine rankings, and increasing qualified organic traffic. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices. You will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex SEO data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Key responsibilities include identifying SEO opportunities and threats, implementing effective optimization tactics, and monitoring campaign performance. You will also collaborate closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints. Staying ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates is paramount. Experience in the e-commerce sector, specifically with product-focused SEO, is highly desirable. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth for e-commerce businesses. Expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategy. Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento). Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. This hybrid role is based at our office in Winnipeg, Manitoba, CA , offering a blend of remote work and in-office engagement.
