This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and a proven ability to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through various digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid search (PPC), paid social, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and SEO to drive e-commerce sales and revenue growth. Manage and optimize marketing budgets across all performance channels to achieve target KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, and LTV. Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and BI platforms to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. Lead A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates and user experience. Oversee the email marketing program, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and campaign execution to drive customer engagement and repeat purchases. Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to attract new customers, focusing on acquiring high-value segments. Collaborate with the merchandising and creative teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and product offerings/promotions. Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners to maximize campaign performance. Stay current with the latest e-commerce trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management. Contribute to the overall e-commerce strategy, focusing on customer journey optimization and lifetime value enhancement. Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 6 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and growth. Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing programs. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools. Excellent understanding of SEO principles and their application to e-commerce. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for basic web edits or understanding of content management systems (CMS) is advantageous. Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
