Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce enterprise, is seeking an exceptionally creative and data-driven Senior E-commerce Growth Hacker to spearhead our online expansion efforts. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and measuring A/B tests, optimizing landing pages, improving user experience (UX), and leveraging social media and content marketing to boost engagement and drive traffic.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, customer journey mapping, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. You are comfortable working with large datasets, drawing actionable insights, and translating them into tactical experiments. Your toolkit likely includes proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), A/B testing tools, SEO best practices, and various digital marketing channels. You will collaborate with our product, design, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for the e-commerce platform. Identify and implement A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and user experience. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to uncover growth opportunities. Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and traffic. Create compelling content marketing initiatives. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on growth-related projects. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and growth hacking techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth hacking. Proven track record of driving significant growth in online sales and customer acquisition. Expertise in A/B testing, CRO, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
