Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce enterprise, is seeking a visionary Senior E-commerce Growth Hacker to spearhead their online growth strategies from anywhere in Canada, with a focus on driving impactful digital marketing campaigns. This role is critical in identifying and executing innovative strategies to acquire new customers, increase conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value across all digital channels. You will be responsible for designing and implementing A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, optimizing website performance, and leveraging data analytics to uncover actionable insights. Key areas of focus will include SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content marketing, with a relentless pursuit of scalable growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), marketing automation, and CRM systems. You should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies that have demonstrably increased key e-commerce metrics. This role requires a highly analytical, creative, and experimental mindset, with the ability to pivot quickly based on data and market trends. You will collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and optimized customer journey. Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive growth hacking strategies for e-commerce platforms. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing on website elements to optimize conversion rates. Analyze user journeys, identify drop-off points, and implement solutions for improvement. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM, Social Media Ads) to drive qualified traffic. Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and traffic. Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalization. Explore and implement new customer acquisition channels and growth experiments. Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities. Report on growth performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth hacking roles. Proven track record of driving significant growth in e-commerce metrics (conversions, revenue, customer acquisition). Expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation platforms. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Creative mindset with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
