Our client, a leading player in the e-commerce and social media space, is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Performance Marketing to join their dynamic team. This role, based in Houston, Texas, US , operates on a hybrid model, blending the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging data to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for our online initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), and display advertising campaigns. You will conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management to ensure campaign efficiency. Developing compelling ad copy and creative assets, often in collaboration with design teams, will be essential. You will meticulously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and platform-specific dashboards. Based on data insights, you will continuously test and iterate on campaigns (A/B testing headlines, creatives, landing pages) to improve performance. Staying abreast of the latest trends in digital advertising, platform updates, and best practices is critical. You will also work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive strategy and alignment across all digital channels, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing. Budget management and forecasting for paid media initiatives will be a key aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with a proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights, are paramount. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and major social media advertising platforms is required. Experience with marketing automation tools and A/B testing methodologies is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for reporting and collaboration. Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment are essential. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid media management. Proven experience managing significant budgets across Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and display advertising. Expertise in using Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms for campaign tracking and analysis. Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for improved ROI. Strong understanding of SEO principles and their integration with paid campaigns. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in creating clear and concise performance reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
