Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing. Manage and grow the organization's social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction. Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote events, memberships, and special offers. Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, programming, development) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution. Manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing. Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed. Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and brand development efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success, preferably within the arts, culture, or entertainment industry. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact). Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Passion for the arts and a commitment to promoting cultural engagement. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
