Our client, a prominent organization within the arts and entertainment sector, is seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Manager. This role is crucial for enhancing online presence, driving audience engagement, and promoting artistic events and initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital marketing, a deep understanding of the arts and cultural landscape, and a passion for storytelling. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration in St. Louis, Missouri, US . Responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and fostering online communities. Overseeing email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis. Developing and executing SEO and SEM strategies to drive website traffic and conversions. Managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and relevant arts-focused channels. Creating and analyzing performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborating with curatorial, programming, and development teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. Staying current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the arts and cultural sector. Managing the digital marketing budget effectively. Building and maintaining relationships with media partners and influencers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or non-profit sector. Proven expertise in social media management, content creation, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. Experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics). Strong understanding of audience segmentation and campaign performance metrics. Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Creative thinking and a passion for the arts and culture. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
