Our client is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Strategist to develop and execute innovative strategies across various social platforms. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration in our vibrant Seattle headquarters. You will be responsible for growing our online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving measurable results through compelling content and targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for social media trends, a strong understanding of analytics, and a proven ability to craft engaging narratives.

Key responsibilities include

Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Creating, curating, and managing published content (images, video, written) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Monitoring social media channels for industry trends, conversations, and competitor activity. Engaging with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and fostering community growth. Analyzing social media metrics and providing regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization. Collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign efforts. Managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and A/B testing. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and platform updates. Identifying and building relationships with key influencers and brand advocates. Developing and executing strategies for e-commerce integration and social selling initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management. Demonstrable success in growing social media followings and engagement rates. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights). Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization principles. Experience with paid social advertising and e-commerce platforms. Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand storytelling. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and independently manage tasks. Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
