Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join their team in **Grand Rapids, Michigan, US**. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets. Create engaging and persuasive content for product descriptions, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters. Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics. Manage social media profiles, engage with followers, and implement strategies to grow social media presence and community. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website optimization for user experience and conversion. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and social media management. Proven experience with SEO/SEM best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush). Demonstrated ability to create compelling and effective marketing copy and visual content. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) is a plus. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
