E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading innovator in the online retail space, is searching for a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts in Portland, Oregon, US . This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through innovative digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations. A key focus will be on data analysis and optimization, using analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI. You will manage the e-commerce website's user experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey from discovery to purchase. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development, creative, and sales, will be essential to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and product launches. This position requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, consumer behavior, and the latest digital marketing trends. You will also be responsible for managing the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most impactful channels. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, exceptional creativity, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
