Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads). Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings. Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution. Proven experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
