Your next big break is here! We’re looking for our next Sales & Marketing Executive to join the Vista Radio team in Northern Ontario. The right candidate will be outgoing, energetic, and ready to connect with local businesses across the region, helping them grow through creative advertising and marketing solutions.

About the Job

Vista Radio has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales & Marketing Executive serving the communities of Northeastern, Ontario.

What you’ll do

• Bring your energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to work each day to help local businesses succeed
• Work with small to medium-sized businesses to understand their business cycles and advertising needs
• Design creative radio and digital advertising campaigns that help clients reach their marketing goals
• Prospect and build relationships with new clients across the region
• Provide ongoing support to ensure excellent client service and strong long-term partnerships
• Coordinate creative from initial sales meetings through preparation of advertisements for client approval
• Maintain awareness of client needs and business challenges to offer relevant solutions
• Manage account receivables and ensure timely follow-up with clients

• High level of initiative and self-motivation with a strong goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional prospecting and networking abilities
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment that requires both teamwork and individual initiative
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable, fully insured vehicle
• Positive, friendly approach with a strong customer service mindset
