SEO and Digital Experience Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, SEO and Digital Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the enterprise SEO strategy across all business units and web properties

Lead UX and conversion rate optimization strategy to enhance user experience and conversion rates

Provide strategic direction for web development efforts and ensure alignment with SEO and UX objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in SEO, digital experience, growth, or performance marketing roles

Proven experience leading SEO strategy across multiple products or business units

Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, UX, and CRO principles

Experience managing both individual contributors and people managers
