Key Responsibilities
Execute the Scaled Customer Success strategy by building tech-touch programs that enhance customer value
Oversee the Camunda Academy and Certification & Credentialing Programs to improve customer learning experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital services and ensure exceptional customer experiences
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in Customer Success or similar roles, with 3+ years in leadership
Experience in establishing digital delivery frameworks and self-service capabilities
Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer experiences
Deep understanding of the post-sale customer lifecycle
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
